CruiseAssist operates as a fully independent travel assistance provider. We are not a cruise line, stateroom operator, booking agency, or global distribution system. We are not owned by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian Cruise Line, MSC Cruises, Celebrity Cruises, Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Disney Cruise Line, or any other cruise line, carrier, or travel platform.
2. Scope of Services
Our specialists assist callers in understanding publicly available rules, interpreting reservation documents, explaining stateroom fare rules, and clarifying standard procedures for changes or cancellations. Our services are advisory and informative. We do not process payments for stateroom bookings, nor do we issue tickets directly.
3. Control Over Third-Party Policies
